Actually, Phantom Orion has the longest solo spin time. If you want to deplete the stamina, get a spin stealer/zombie like Meteo LDrago 100WD or you could get Diablo Nemesis , because of its tip it can go crazy, but make sure to do the sliding shot when you launch it. I know al of this because I have the Meteo LDrago100WD And Diablo Nemesis. You also could try Proto-Nemesis. I don't have it yet, but it's supposed to be a good bey.
